From subsistence farming to elite Pinot Noir, the history of MacMurray Estate Vineyards tells a story of Sonoma County agriculture from the 1850s to the 21st Century. #SWCW, #SonomaWineCountryWeekendThe Proceeds Matter!

Separated from her mother for 7 years, raised by her grandmother, and learning a new language in a foreign land, Denia faced many hurdles early in her life. In High School she participated in the 10,000 Degrees Institute and is now in her third year at Sonoma State University majoring in Applied Statistics. About the Institute Denia said, “I finally was able to see that MY dreams could be as big as I wanted them to be.” Because of funding from Sonoma Wine Country Weekend, more Sonoma County students will have the ability to realize their dreams just like Denia.
